Outdoor Fitness Classes 

Advance registration for class is required. Registration will open 18 hours before class and closes 1 hour before class starts. Space is limited, and we will accept up to five registrations on the waiting list. Outdoor classes are subject to weather conditions. Members will be notified of any cancellation as soon as possible. Prior to attending your first class, you will need to e-sign an updated General Liability Waiver.  This only needs to be completed once, and all persons 18 or over must sign our waiver the waiver.

Outdoor Adult Lap Swim & Family Swim

 Members of our Old Bridge and Red Bank Y branches are welcome.
Up to four family members can share one lane for family swim and will need to bring their own equipment, i.e., noodles, kick boards, etc.
We will also be offering aqua fitness classes in the outdoor pool for up to 12 participants. Classes will run Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8-9 a.m. and are open to active members from all of our branches. Please bring your own equipment.

Swimming will be scheduled in 1-hour blocks with 45-mins of swim time. Swimmers must reserve a lane using our mobile app or website. Registration will open 24 hours before swim time and closes 1 hour before swim time starts.  See above for mobile app download and reservation instructions.
