Register for a Y program, pay an outstanding balance, view your facility usage, and print statements for insurance and/or tax purposes–all from the comfort of your home!   Please review the instructions below before beginning the process of setting up your online account. For assistance setting up your online account at any time,  please call your branch welcome desk:  Freehold Y 732.462.0464; Old Bridge Y 732.727.0704.

NOTE: If you do not have an email on file with your member record, or if your email address is associated with more than one membership record, you will need to call your branch to complete this process. We strongly recommend you do not create a new account as it will create a duplicate record and not be synced with your existing YMCA account.

STEP 1
ENSURE YOU HAVE A VALID EMAIL CONNECTED TO YOUR YMCA MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT.   If you don’t or are unsure, please contact the Welcome Desk for assistance.

 STEP 2:
CLICK “ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT” THEN “FIND ACCOUNT” IN THE MIDDLE BOX.   Enter your last name, birthdate (MM/DD/YYYY) and zip code.

STEP 3:
ENTER THE EMAIL ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR MEMBERSHIP. A secure link will be sent to this address prompting you to create a password.

 STEP 4:
CHECK YOUR EMAIL.  Click the link provided and create your password. Your password must be at least 7 characters and contain at least one capital letter and one number.

STEP 6:
GO BACK TO YMCANJ.ORG/MANAGEACCOUNT. Enter your email address and password in the first box. You are ready to search and register online for programs or view membership information for your account!
