For a one-time fee, you will have the opportunity to meet with one of our skilled personal trainers to discuss your fitness goals. Our trainers will asses your physical ability, and design a custom workout plan to help accomplish your goals. Trainers will also review your personalized plan and demonstrate exercises. By appointment only.
Must be 14+ yrs. old to participate in fitness classes, unless otherwise noted.
