Small group training sessions (3-5 people), carefully designed to burn calories, build lean body mass, burn fat and boost metabolism!
Training 2x per week for 8 weeks.  1 hour sessions.  $192 per person

We offer classes for all ages, all levels and all interests. From low-impact exercise and chair classes, stretching and strength training to indoor cycling, water exercise, and yoga, you’ll find a group class that’s fun, supportive and keeps you moving.

$30 one-time fee
For a one-time fee, you will have the opportunity to meet with one of our skilled personal trainers to discuss your fitness goals. Our trainers will asses your physical ability, and design a custom workout plan to help accomplish your goals.
