State-of-the-art fitness centers at our Freehold and Old Bridge branches, featuring the latest models of high-quality equipment by LifeFitness, Cybex, and Star Trac.

Must be 14+ in order to use all equipment and free weights in fitness center.  13 yr. old youth will be permitted to use cardio equipment only after completing an orientation with a wellness center staff person.  Click to view our 13 yr. old policy.  Children ages 9-12 who successfully complete our Junior Fitness Program receive a fitness lanyard and may also use only cardio equipment during designated hours.

We offer classes for all ages*, all levels and all interests. From low-impact exercise and chair classes, stretching and strength training to indoor cycling, water exercise, and yoga, you’ll find a group class that’s fun, supportive and keeps you moving.  Please visit the ‘Schedules’ pages of the Freehold and Old Bridge Branches to view the latest group fitness schedules.
