In partnership with the Red Bank Parks and Recreation Department, FREE fitness classes led by Red Bank Family YMCA instructors are offered to the community at no cost on Wednesday evenings, July 3 – Aug. 28, from 6-7 p.m. at Riverside Gardens Park in Red Bank. Participants should dress comfortably and bring water, as well as a towel or mat for Yoga and Pilates.
