Reach Your Full Potential

Meet with one of our certified personal trainers for either a one-on-one session, or grab three close friends or family members for a small group training session. Our trainer will develop and implement a specialized program designed to help you reach your health and fitness goals. Whether you’re just trying to improve your overall health, or trying to achieve a specific fitness goal, let one of our trainers help you maximize your potential.

Personal training is available to ​active and current members. If your membership is not active, please contact your membership department to reactivate your membership:

Prior to your first session, you will need to sign an updated General Liability Waiver. This only needs to be completed once, and all persons 18 or over must sign our waiver.

To ensure your health & safety

To reduce the risk for participants and trainers, all sessions will be performed outdoors, weather permitting. Trainers will wear masks and observe social distancing. Participants are asked to wear masks when it doesn’t inhibit health. Temperature and wellness checks will be conducted before each session for both trainer and client. Click here to view additional information regarding our safety measures. Please bring your own towel, water bottle and mat to sessions.

Exercise equipment used for sessions will be cleaned and sanitized before and after use.
