YMCAs in New Jersey have made it easier for you to access the resources you need to lead a healthy life. As a member of our Y, you now have access to nearly 50 Y locations throughout the state at no additional cost. More choices mean more chances to use your Y membership to its fullest!
The YMCA of Western Monmouth County is committed to ensuring that all New Jersey YMCA members are welcome guests at our YMCA branches.
Our goal is to provide a welcoming environment for all YMCA members and ensure a positive experience for both the visiting member and the YMCA of Western Monmouth County.
This Reciprocal Membership Program is valid for YMCA Facility members only, not Program, Promotional or Silver Sneakers members. (Promotional members are defined by limited time or limited visit memberships such as summer or holiday memberships, etc.). The program is intended for the use of our facilities: indoor swimming pools, gymnasiums, basketball courts, Wellness Centers, Mens / Womens locker rooms. The YMCA of Western Monmouth County reserves the right to restrict facility / program access if capacity is a concern (e.g. fitness classes, lap swim, spin, rock climbing, peak court hours, etc.), or if a guests recipricol visits exceed their home Y use. In the event that recipricol visits exceed home Y usage, the guests visits will be limited to 8 visits per month. Class enrollment (except for fitness classes) is not a part of this program at this time. In addition, the following restrictions apply:
- Guests must be 18+ years of age. Children on a YMCA family membership may visit as guests when accompanied by the adults on the family membership for the duration of the visit.
- Not valid for Silver Sneakers membership.
- No babysitting service.
- No outdoor swim club.
- May not bring guests.
Upon guest’s initial visit each calendar year, a Liability Waiver must be signed and guest must sign into the Reciprocity Guest Book. Guest must stop at Welcome Desk and be checked in each visit. Guests are expected to abide by the YMCA of Western Monmouth County Code of Conduct while visiting our facilities. Failure to do so will result in the loss of reciprocal visitation privileges.
